6:48 they close at 7. No other customers in store. Multiple employees (two out front, voices in back). Rather than make a $40... sale, they stick to a ?policy? that they can?t sell a custom mix of a dozen bundtinis within 20 mins of closing. They can onlysell the 2 pre-made assortments. : Is it that hard to throw 12 bundtinis in a box? I guess I?ll be going to Tiff?s Treatstomorrow morning otw to work. The cake is always great. I only gave it three stars because they misspelled the name on the card. The young lady said it was... like that on the order. I checked the order, and I did not misspell it. She didn't offer to change it. So I asked for a newcard so I could handwrite it. Very disappointing. Read more
Our family of 4 happened to be lucky enough to visit this location on a whim back in May while we were celebrating my wife?s... 40th birthday ????. We entered the doors just before closing with enthusiasm and excitement through the roof to go in and grabeach our individual favorites. Ashlee grabbed the blueberry, Noah the lemon, and Nehemiah the snickerdoodle, but I was sortaleft bombed because it was my 1st time learning that they?d discontinued my favorite, pecan praline?????. As the manageroverheard the conversation I was having with the young lady serving us up front, she came out and offered me a FREE pecanpraline bundt cake. Hesitant at first because I was assuming there was a catch maybe. However she?d explained that it was acancellation and it was still fresh and free for me to have if I wanted it and that it would be the last pecan praline cake toever be made in their bakery (unless the company reversed their stance on discontinuing the flavor). With the news and reality Igraciously accepted the cake and was glad to share it with the newly elected board members of our boy?s school PTO. It?s beenover a month since that visit but their service that day has definitely left a stain on my brain. Many thanks to the manager andstaff on location at the Conroe location. We don?t get to Conroe often but I?m definitely thinking you guys will become a staplefor any of our Conroe visits going forward. Keep up the great work. See you ???? Read more
