UPDATE: McDonald?s Corporate sent us coupons for two free burgers that we used at a different location. We still come here for... non-meat items such as coffee or fries, and those have been fine. This McDonald?s is disgusting. My husband picked us up twodouble quarter pounder meals after our toddler had gone through a test at the hospital, so we needed a quick meal. Will not ever come back. Went inside to order my breakfast because the drive through was packed. 8 people came inside after me,... was served their food and I still hadn?t received mine. My order even disappeared off the screen. The worker didn?t even sayanything when I told them. I waited over 30 minutes for my order! I?ve been here three times. Everytime I?ve gone they mess the order up. I ordered a burger with no onion. They gave me a burger... with mayonnaise. The first time I went I ordered a 10 piece and they gave me hamburgers. And all three times I went it was anafter work quick bite on the way home and it took them a minimum thirty minutes. I've been going to this location for Years. It's nice to see some of the same people still working there all these years. For... the most part I can't complain, but the one thing I go there for the most is there Ice Coffee drink, flavored, and it's Always ahit or miss - mostly a miss.?? When they get it right tho, it's fantastic, and I can't complain about their food menu. Irecommend this location. Read more
Everytime I come to this location I end up waiting FOREVER for my food. Today, forgetting all my bad past experiences, my fiance... and I went through the drive through and waited TWENTY MINUTES for nugget meal and an egg mcmuffin. And we weren't the onlyones.... everyone was having to wait. Management seriously needs to deal with this problem. *edit... the egg mcmuffin was hotbut the yolk was nearly raw. Went threw the drive through and wanted to try the new sandwich that included the fish and beef pattie and the chicken and beef... pattie. ????When I placed my ordered the lady sounded a bit confused because when she repeated the order I had to correct her. Iget the sandwiches and it was a jr pattie with two meats and the fish sandwich, both made in an sloppy fashion. Thisestablishment maybe in a nice area and I know this is McDonald's, but get the orders correct and slow down on the prep. I willnot return for another lesson from here!! Read more

A few months ago, I had originally gave them 5 stars (which still stands for those individuals who served me excellent customer... service those months). Unfortunately, as a PRIOR ?no preference location? McDonald?s franchise consumer, I would expectexcellent customer service from all chain locations. I called into the 242 location (closest to I-45) and spoke to their managerabout how I didn?t get my sweet tea at another location but had my receipt. UNFORTUNATELY (I went to this location by H?E?B)accidentally to get the sweet tea. The window girl and the manger refused as it wasn?t from their location. Understandable, asall locations are owned differently (some by Cheapskates) and the receipt was from another location. Needless to say, I drove tothe 242 location I had originally called and guess what? Their manager and window guy were absolutely SWEETER than my tea THATTHEY GAVE ME (which was delicious).
