I placed a mobile order and used the drive through for pick up. When I got to the window I was told the payment was down and I... had to pay again. I find this odd but pay the lady with the same card I used for my mobile order. She gives me my receipt and Igo to the second window. There were two women there and they had serious attitudes. They tried to give me the wrong order. Thegirl gets incredibly snotty and asks what I had, I tell her and I get my food. I drive down the street and look at my receipt tofind that I was charged for someone elses order. So not only did my mobile order get charged as it should, I was forced to payfor someone elses order entirely. Those three incompetent women need to apologize for ripping me off then treating me terriblybecause of their own mistakes. I will be requesting a refund for the food I was forced to pay for and obviously did not ordernor receive. Get you staff together. Read more
This is probably the worst and rudest McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. The first time I went she tried to charge me two dollars for... one extra sauce!! Like ma?am I worked at a McDonald?s for a year I know what?s an overcharge and I know you?re not supposed tobe charging for one extra sauce!!!! McDonald?s can only charge people when it?s a crazy amount of sauce! Then the next time I goI asked for my mocha frappe extra blended. I get it and of course it?s not extra blended. I asked her did they do extra blended and she said no we can?t do that. I know when McDonald?s people are lying to me because I told her I worked at McDonald?s andshe just close the door on me. Even for McDonald's This place was bad. Literally arguing with customers through the drive thru and we counted four people in... front of us who left the window without food. Wait was 20 minutes. Got the same order from Burger King on College Park and itwas a 10/10. Don't waste your time yall unless you just wanna get trash then highly recommend in that case ???? Read more
I come to this location occasionally and it does pretty good considering how busy it gets. On July 26, 2022 around 7:45pm i... came to drive thru and manager Oscar took my order. He noticed it was my birthday and got the employees to sing me happybirthday. I do very much appreciate the kindness & the positive vibes of the crew and Oscar. Thank you for a great experience.
