I was told this is the busiest McDonald's in all of Conroe, TX, and I can believe it! But they have great, friendly staff, most... bilingual and they are always working hard to keep a clean store while getting your order out FAST. They are quick to fix anymistakes (either on their part or yours!) and of course they love to have a good time. Someone is always laughing and it's thebest sound. Read more

They seems to really want you to use the kiosks, but I think those things are filthy. Service is standard and the foods only... occasionally wrong. Not too bad for how busy they stay. Read more

Usually great, but these are the “medium” fries I got today. I wish they would’ve given me more.
Same as it always is, busy. Once again I had to go back to get a drink, because they didn't give it out when giving my drinks. ... It is best, if you have the time, yet they are faster than the drive through, to go inside to get your order. They are moreefficient, organized, and courteous inside. Always get hot fresh food. I usually stop there daily after I pick up my niece and get my sons and nephew food as well. My order... has always been correct and fresh. Got the boys a shareable which was 2 double cheese burgers and a basket of fries which is 6$.Got me a triple cheeseburger 3$ and used the app to oder and got a deal of buy 1 milk shake at regular price 2$ get a second onefor only 29 cents. Taking my son to work. He wanted to get a frozen coffee and breakfast before he started his 12 hour day. While there I decided... to order breakfast for my minor son. While ordering I decided to order a hashbrown for myself. We requested all the food beprepared fresh, reason being my eldest son worked at McDonald's while in college. He said the food can be sitting for a verylong time. Our request for fresh food fell on deaf ears. The food came out cold,and wrong. After sending back the incorrectitems, we got everything fresh except for the hashbrown. They neglected to add it to the bag. After the employee was informedthat he forgot the hashbrown. He walked out to the car with the hashbrown in his hand, not in a bag. The sad part of the entireexperience is the guy who took the order was a trainee.
