I was told this is the busiest McDonald's in all of Conroe, TX, and I can believe it! But they have great, friendly staff, most... bilingual and they are always working hard to keep a clean store while getting your order out FAST. They are quick to fix anymistakes (either on their part or yours!) and of course they love to have a good time. Someone is always laughing and it's thebest sound. Read more

Taking my son to work. He wanted to get a frozen coffee and breakfast before he started his 12 hour day. While there I decided... to order breakfast for my minor son. While ordering I decided to order a hashbrown for myself. We requested all the food beprepared fresh, reason being my eldest son worked at McDonald's while in college. He said the food can be sitting for a verylong time. Our request for fresh food fell on deaf ears. The food came out cold,and wrong. After sending back the incorrectitems, we got everything fresh except for the hashbrown. They neglected to add it to the bag. After the employee was informedthat he forgot the hashbrown. He walked out to the car with the hashbrown in his hand, not in a bag. The sad part of the entireexperience is the guy who took the order was a trainee. The manager was beside him while all of the errors occurred and didnothing. Read more
