I eat jersey mikes 3-4 times a week at several locations. This location has the slowest sandwich making time. Waited in line... for 25 minutes. Slicer guy had 15-20 sandwiches stacked up but wouldn't help the veggie person while she was away ringing uppeople. Breakdown of the chain. Owner should watch how its done at other locations. The people at this location are always so polite and hard working. We?re happy every time. I?ve never been to a Jersey Mike?s before and I was pleasantly surprised at their menu. They have the full range of sub... sandwiches that you expect but the meat is sliced fresh which adds to the flavor. What surprised me was they had grilledsandwiches not toasted but actual grilled sandwiches like their Portabella Cheese Steak (delicious). I just finished my JM "Big Kahuna" on the gluten-free bread. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had! The staff was working... hard during the lunch rush - great attentiveness and communication. There was a slight delay in getting the meal out to me, butthey were proactive and let me know they were working on it before I was even aware there was a delay. I loved jersey mikes subs! The food is amazing but damn their employees are amazing! I really appreciate the fact that they hire... employees that are fast and extremely friendly! Makes you more than happy to leave them a tip at the register! They were gettingthere butt handed to them today but they were super friendly and moving so fast!
