Order number 156 Employee Samuel was extremely rude to me over the intercom for the drive thru. At 11:09:40 Am. Told me ?didn?t... I tell you to wait? When I told the front drive thru lady who took my money, that their employee should treat their customerswith better respect. He just continued to laugh at me. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I have been to jack in the box locations all over the country all my life... this one was by far the worst. The young ladies... that were working behind the counter in the kitchen couldn't have been much out of high school if they were at all and they werevery very rude and short and did not give me my change correctly and when I said something about it and she shut the window inmy face here is one of the tacos we got or if you can call it that Read more

Did I not get the memo? (It happens) when did Jack stop putting taco sauce on the tacos? Cost management? Can't be, because then... why would he be giving out the sauce packets to go with said tacos? (Packets not being requested) I probably am over thinkingall of this anyway... ???????? Read more

To make a long story short: I wanted a small ultimate cheeseburger combo with curly fries and Coke to drink. After waiting a... really long time (which was no problem at first) they give me the wrong order. I go inside to get it fixed and it takes them 30minutes and 5 times of asking what I ordered to get it right. They put my burger in the bag under the warmer and it's justsitting there while they tend to other customers. They had regular and curly fries already cooked. I had to ask them whycouldn't I just have the curly fries they had there. They said "oh" and finally give me my food. I went there another time andordered stuffed jalapeños and they were still semi frozen in the middle. Read more

absolutely awful experience. they gave us the wrong order and then tried to charge us for sauce that already comes with the... food. (tiny tacos) my order was also incorrect. nothing came out right. very disappointed. all the employees were goofing aroundand seemed very rude and dismissive when we asked about the sauces. i work in food service. there?s no excuse for this piss poorof service. mcdonald?s does a better job &? is faster Read more

A wee bit slow for "fast food," but overall decent and budget-friendly. Tacos, nuggets, and eggrolls were hot and fresh. ... However, they ALWAYS forget my sauces and I have to remind them. There was an issue getting a receipt as their main registerprinter was apparently down, but they were able to reprint on another machine. Location was clean. Read more

After years of not eating Jack in the box because I was served cold tacos (another location), I decided to give this place... another try. I had not eaten here in 7+ years so I had a few questions about the menu items. The staff were extremely friendlyand explained the different menu options with a smile on their face! I?ll be back because the staff are better than any otherfast food place I?ve been in a long time. They grilled chicken sandwich was excellent and fresh too! Read more

Pay $1 apiece for extra cheese and hot sauce and get like a drop in each. Dry tacos. Is this how you treat your customers Jack... in the Box, take their money and pocket it where you feel you can get away with it? Guess I'll take my business elsewhere nexttime. Edit: I just spoke with their district manager who informed me he had just recently taken over this location. He got holdof me the same day i voiced my complaint and went out of his way to make the situation right. With me customer service is a bigissue. None of us look to make a mountain out of a molehill. We do expect to be treated fairly as customers. I'm always willingto give a business the benefit of the doubt when they show they value their customers, and this was how i felt in myconversation.
