I have been to jack in the box locations all over the country all my life... this one was by far the worst. To make a long story short: I wanted a small ultimate cheeseburger combo with curly fries and Coke to drink. After waiting a... really long time (which was no problem at first) they give me the wrong order. I go inside to get it fixed and it takes them 30minutes and 5 times of asking what I ordered to get it right. They put my burger in the bag under the warmer and it's justsitting there while they tend to other customers. They had regular and curly fries already cooked. I had to ask them whycouldn't I just have the curly fries they had there. They said "oh" and finally give me my food. absolutely awful experience. they gave us the wrong order and then tried to charge us for sauce that already comes with the... food.
