Went to Hartz Chicken on 105 Conroe I asked for 17 piece meal plus 5 extra biscuits. I asked the lady at window if it was the... mixed she said yes it is. I get home what did I get 15 thighs & legs & 2 breast I paid & 47.00 for it. I'm very upset about itbecause several of my guests don't eat legs & thighs. I tried calling but they weren't taking calls at that time to try laterthey never answered very bad business!!!?????? Read more
This store is awful, let?s start with the rolls, no butter on top so super dry! The Mac n cheese doesn?t even taste like mac n... cheese my daughter wouldn?t touch it. The food has another food in the same pan, the stack of bowls on the side are dirty?absolutely a disgrace to hartz name? Read more

Worst hartz i have ever been too. I love hartz chicken. This location is beyond nasty though. The chicken was over cooked, the... rolls which is my fav part was over cooked. All the sides looked like there where not fresh at all. Needless to say I'llcontinue to go to hartz but never this location ever again. I drove almost 20 miles to go there and I'm willing to drive evenfurther to find another one. This place needs to be shut down! Read more
I have stopped here 3 times and every time the food is fresh and hot. I actually think the chicken breast are way better and... bigger then popeyes or kfc. My husband said he got gizzards here before and they are amazing. The rolls they give with your foodare good too and really soft. Ill take pics next time i was hungry and scarfed it down before i thought to take pics. Read more
We went there yesterday the food was terrible, chicken was greasy each bite of different vegetables was horrible I couldn't eat... them and I love vegetables. This is a pic after I decided to go back in to get proof. We started eating and was happy with the amount of different options... until my daughter said she didn't like her Mac & cuz. It tasted like milk macaroni with orange dye...no cheese flavor. That is afirst for us. The trash cans were so gross I didn't want to touch the flaps to push my trash in there. We went to the bathroombut there was no way to get soap out. I told the lady working there and she rolled her eyes at me and said ''Yes there is ????".I go back into the bathroom and she proceeds to show me how the button didn't work and you just have to take the lid off and dipyour hands in there to get soap. ???? I said, "That's not sanitary!". She said her husband doesn't know how to fix it. I askedfor a different soap dispenser. She said they didn't have one. I go to use a paper towel to dip in and get some soap out andthere's curdled... something probably germs in there!!! We go back in the dining room, I decide we should get proof, and I seethe lady go back in there to change out the soap with new soap. I can't believe they do this and handle the food!!!!!! Read more
