Honestly it's a pretty expensive place. For the meal I chose the cheapest burger, small fries and drink and it cost me a pretty... penny. However, the quality was also really good. The fries were from Idaho and the small provided a lot then I was expecting(comparable to a medium or large fry at another fast food). The burger was also of good quality. Read more
I enjoy the taste of the food here. The burgers are great the fresh are great. Don't order with in an hour of closing. I did an... online order 50 min before closing. After placing and paying for the order I received a call letting me know they were out offrys! They try to offer a sub but there is nothing that would sub and go good with the burgers. So they offer to remake mywhole order the following day with the frys. I arrive the next day to get order and all they are willing to give me are frys.Great burgers and buy your frys elsewhere day 1, day 2 frys buy some more burgers from us or somewhere else. Today I placed an online order for pickup and received both an email and text message confirming my order. The text message had... an option to let them know I was on my way which I did. As I walked up to the door there was a sign stating they were closeduntil noon. There was a worker sitting in a chair against the window right by the door. I told her I had a pickup order & shejust shrugged & continued to play on her phone, even as I repeatedly told her I had an online order I paid for. I called therestaurant and was told I had to call my bank for a refund on my order and that they couldn't do anything about it. That made nosense to me so I called Five Guys customer service and they told me they'd put in a request to refund the order. I also calledmy bank just in case and they confirmed they couldn't do anything as it was still pending. I understand things happen andsometimes places are unexpectedly closed but for the first worker to just sit there shrugging and not even open the door to helpme & the second worker incorrectly telling me I have to call my bank is just bad customer service. On top of that it costs$16.51 for a little bacon cheeseburger & a regular fry? Safe to say I won't be ordering there again. Read more

First time customer here, called ahead to have the order ready for pick up as I was running tight on time and really wanted to... try them out. I was greeted and placed on hold, I continued to be on the way and ended up making it to the place before anyonepicked up the call. Now it is 20 min later and I am here, still on hold at 25 min and already placed my order at thecounter.. Not trying to be negative here, as I gave them the benefit of the doubt in case they were extremely busy at the time.When I got here there were only 2 customer at tables. rather just wanted to share in case anyone was thinking about placing anorder for pick up..
