The five stars is for CARLOS and CARLOS only. This young man was running the store by himself. He had a long line of cars and he... continued to work as efficiently as possible. He did a great job and I hope he wins the lottery and will never have to work forthis corporation who couldn?t even bother to get him some support. District managers or other higher ups need to put on theirteamwork hats and jump in and help so underpaid workers like Carlos will not have to go through this. Great job to CARLOS andCARLOS only. My drink was perfect. DD as a business should go under if they?re completely okay with allowing one young man atthat to slave away for their business. Their stuff is good and this location is also a Baskin Robbins, but I have never been through their drive thru and not been told... to wait. The wait times at the drive thru are ridiculous. Not sure about the inside. The staff is friendly and the service isfine, but they are clearly understaffed if there is always a long wait. Read more
???? This is our favorite Dunkin? donuts in the area! Consistent professional service and great coffee/donuts. We always order... an iced coffee and for some reason the other Dunkin? donuts in the area don?t understand how the drinks are supposed to beserved (they only fill them up halfway and say if we want them filled to the top we have to pay extra - see my other reviews tosee what i?m talking about).
