VERY disappointed.. we had family in town, 53.00 on chicken, sides, tea lemonade, and biscuits.. and the chicken was burnt.... Tasted gross. I will not be back, when we tried to call the line stayed busy for over an hour. Read more
I'm pretty bummed that I can't justify giving this place a higher rating. The staff was very pleasant. The store was VERY clean.... The parking lot was even clean! Unfortunately my order was incorrect. What's worse is the food I got instead of my order wasstill really good! It just wasn't the portion size I had wanted and I was left hungry still afterwards. I don't know what's up with this location but almost every single time we eat there they find at least 2 or 3 ways to screw up... an order. It's not hard to do a check before you hand a customer their food that they have paid for before you hand it to themto ensure customer satisfaction. They really need to start preaching it until people get it. On the flip side the food that wedid get was good and it was all gone when we finished. Read more
