Burger King restaurant north of Houston Texas in the woodlands. On highway 1488. A new store lots of trees around the grounds... and parking lot are clean and look very nice well landscaped and manicured. The employees are very nice and if you have themobile app on your phone you can get coupons when you place your order. That's what got me to come in was a coupon for a buyWhopper get one free. If not for that I would have probably gone elsewhere because I have the mobile apps for all of them and goto the one with the best deal closest to me. Nothing to write home about. Just A good ol burger King. I went to pick up an online order. The food was almost ready. The... drinks or shake was not. I don't mind waiting for food as long as its being made fresh. But I can't say 100% it was being madefresh or if their ordering app told them I was almost there then they started bagging my order or if it was being made fresh.Either way ot tasted good like Burger King does. Walked in to order. First thing I see is a employee behind counter eating a ice cream cone.Another person spraying... something.on.floor behind counter strong disinfectant smell.Don't why they ask you want on your burger they never make themcorrectly!!!! No need to post details of the food, the drive thru is extremely slow.... ... actually, EVERY Burgerking is extremely slow... during lunchtime. I understand it is the rush hour for lunch and over here at burgerKing they are cooking to order. But, if thatis the case for justification for moving slow, then the drive thru is not the way to go. It took about 40 plus minutes just toget to the window AFTER my CO worker and I ordered. If our lunch break had been only 30 minutes, we would have been late andprobably wrote up. It is one thing to cook to order, but it is another thing when people are moving slow anyways, even AFTER themeat party is already cooked. Instead of being labeled "fastfood"... ... how about being titled or labeled, "Slow-Poke-Rodriguez",....(the slowest mouse in all of Mejico)... "ORALE"..... I guess that is the risk I have to take.... just to receivedecently hot, quality food in America these days... .... because 30 minute lunch breaks from Gulf Coast (CHR) in Houston is notgoing to make it. The service was alright, but the food was not. Ordered a bacon burger king that's supposed to be two patties, cheese on both of... them and a "hearty" amount of bacon. I barely got any bacon and cheese on mine, and the second patty is completely empty, devoidof anything. Read more
Food is Burger King good. The crew of the restaurant needs a refresher course in customer service. I stood at the front counter... with another customer for 6 minutes without any acknowledgment from one of the four non-cooking members of a team of 6 or 7.
