Had a UberEats order with a lot of drinks and they had no drink carriers. So I had to cancel since my car doesn?t have a lot of... cup holders. What restaurant doesn?t have drink carriers? This place might as well have stayed closed whenever they burned the kitchen down, I hate being that person but every time I go... there they get my order absolutely wrong, yesterday they actually got my order right for once. I ordered a Whopper meal andadded cheese and jalapenos, they threw three, yes only three little bitty jalapenos. They must be cutting costs a lot, I didn'teven get a proper Burger King bag it was just a Brown sack. I used to love Burger King but I guess I'll have to skip thisparticular location from now on. Went there on Sunday afternoon and got horrible food and service. Chicken nuggets tasted bitter and dry. It was a hot day, so I... asked for a small cup of water and I went through the driveway not inside and was told water is not free... I go there everymorning and food is fresh and ladies super nice but yesterday had a horrible experience. Chicken nuggets tasted like they werefried in oil that was not changed in ages. This Burger King has got to be the worst in Conroe. Terrible staff members.. service is bad, my food is always cold or they get... my order all messed up and never apologize or replace it.. The milk shake machine gives milk shakes that look and taste likemilk water. I never go there anymore. Read more
I ordered their new italian chicken sandwhich and asked for heavy marinara. That's the only way I like it. They wrung it up... correctly and I got home and had no marinara. How do you care and get such a simple thing wrong. I will not return. Read more
