Wasn't going to share, but after the whole family got food poisoning from last night wings. I'm never going back. Chicken wings... looked undercooked on the inside. Very little sauce was on the wings. I had to resend my wings to get redipped again with hotsauce. For the past few years, it's been the same at this Conroe location. Given this place chance after chance. First they couldn?t give you more than a small handful of fries. They seemed to have been... doing better about the fries, I?ll give them that much? we ordered food to go, with a side of lemon pepper and two extra ranch!Not only did we get charged THREEEE dollars for two extra ranch but we didn?t even GET our extra ranch or lemon pepper !!!!!!Also the fries tasted days old and were stale as could be! Waited over an hour and a half for food, everything that hit the table was cold. Wings, Wedges, Nacho's everything. Why you... ask? Trays of food sitting out, not under food warmers, getting cold as every employee walks by? Wish Marvin Zindler was stillaround. The only saving grace was our server Ike, but even his customer service is not enough for me to walk back through thedoor to any B-Dubs again. Edit begins here:. To the (Owner), instead of asking your dissatisfied customers to go into a websiteand yet again explain how sorry the food in your restaurant is, read their reviews and fix YOUR restaurant. If you are theOwner, then take ownership of the food coming out of your kitchen; take ownership of your guest's dining experience. Awful Service! First it took 40 min just to take our order, brought drink with no straws, we asked our server 2 times , 0... reaction! Brought wings no plates, no napkins, so you literally have to ask to every single thing. And first time I see suchtype of celery and carrots , like they really don?t carry about how they serve food at all ! Just throw left over carrots withdirt on it ! Celery looks completely dead ! Soooo, I thought I'd bring the wife and kid out for a quick bite. The waitress, Jackie was nice enough. Drinks took a while to... hit the table. Then my wife's boneless chicken was all bread. So we reordered bone in. Her salad took forever to arrive, andwhen it did.....oh boy! See pic. The tomatoes were soggy and brown, the lettuce was brown around the edges. It was supposed tobe a wedge chicken salad, but well....you see what arrived. So we sent that back too. In the meantime our boy and I finish,still no bone in chicken for the wife. So we paid, and left didsapointed. The manager did take everything off the ticket, but wewill not be going back here. Read more

My family and I come here a lot, and they always get our order wrong. We never complain, but this was our last time. We ordered... BONE-IN sauce mild chicken wings but got BONELESS, dry, left out, wings. Employees are doing nothing but chatting and laughing,the music was so loud we constantly have to repeat ourselves and yet we still get the wrong orders. I don?t recommend thisplace, it?s not even worth the wait and the troubles. 1 out of 5 stars. Read more
