After work I went buy this location for an ice cream cone. I pull up to order at the drive through and was greeted and asked if... I could wait a moment. I was happy to wait because it would give me more time to decide on a flavor. After deciding it was goingto be butter pecan in a waffle cone a voice came on the drive through speaker telling me ? I?m sorry but we are not taking anyorder right now because we are deep cleaning the kitchen ? are you kidding me ? After I waited? Who does that? I will never goback ! Having at least one responsible person in the store could really benefit this place. Out of everything, kid behind the counter... was higher than a giraffes you know what. Could not make a simple ice cream and the store was filthy. Do better. Read more
They only had 4 or 5 selections and 1 of them was almost completely empty. The lady that was working tonight said that she... wouldn't grab any from the back and what I see is what I get. They weren't even common flavors either. I will definitely not becoming back. Read more
Went here for the ice cream with my family on Christmas Eve. There wasn't a big variety of flavors just mainly obes found st... stores but, the lady that helped us was very friendly. It was strange still seeing ice cream cakes from Thanksgiving being soldon Christmas Eve, 50% off but still....not sure how good the cakes would have been.. My only issue was most of the flavors wereones that that are found at stores nothing really seasonal. I settled for Rocky road...tasted like generic Blue Bell ice creamit was decent but, nothing wow. At least Marble Slab allows add in so, that the ice cream can be customized and better quality. Read more

I?ve been trying to give this place a chance for over a year and a half. Every single visit they are out of numerous items. Not... one of their online menus are correct. They don?t even carry numerous items that are advertised. 3rd party delivery drivers haveto constantly call their customers to substitute items and have long waits. Sometimes the staff tries to accommodate, but mostlythey are all very young and inattentive. I don?t know how they?ve stayed in business as long as they have. Read more
