One of our all time favorite places! Great environment, drinks and food! Try the Southwestern Egg Rolls, a personal favorite. ... The staff is helpful and great to visit with. We had a private work event here as well and it was a huge hit. Our guests had awonderful time and were raving the next day. Highly recommend for a family meal or a parents night out! Read more

WOW, 202 Main is the PLACE TO BE in DOWNTOWN Conroe!!! Every time we go up there, they have incredible LIVE MUSIC by some... Texas\' best upcoming artists, the best drinks (REAL mixology drinks), great vibes and always a blast! They have excellentmanagement which shows with excellent service and super clean place, all of the bartenders and staff are an absolute blast! Check it out soon, you will be glad you did!!! This place is fantastic. They have it all... Unique cocktails, excellent food ( southwest egg rolls and bacon jam burger are... killer????), wonderful staff, plus a huge stage and patio for all kinds of concerts and events. If you are looking for drinks, make sure to ask about the drink you are ordering first..\nWe got an old fashioned, and what we... received was nothing like I\'ve ever had before(and I love an old fashioned). I had to end up returning the drink as I couldn\'tget past the first sip. When I asked about it, they said they put a \'local twist\' on it. To me and my wife, it was justawful. Almost like they added spices to it, it had so much going on. Instead of letting the alcohol be the main flavor, it waseverything else they added to it.\nThen they made me a traditional one, but I don\'t know if it was still the lingering taste ofthe first one, or if they just used way too much bitters, or zest, but I had a sip and just gave up on drinks after that. Theinside of the bar is incredibly loud, and very difficult to have a conversation as the hard walls just echo in the tiny space.Service was also slow, but at least the bartender was very nice.\nAfterwards, some random guy walked by and told me to try thesmoked old fashioned, and all I could say was that this was probably my first and last time here. Great atmosphere, excellent food. The bartender (Trevor) had a real bad attitude with me and my wife. I ordered drinks and food... and his response was \"maybe\" and turned his back to me. Later in the evening my wife went to order a house margarita with nosalt and Trevor put salt on it so she politely reminded him no salt please. He threw the glass of ice in the sink with a scowllook on his face.\n\nFriday night had no live music on either stage which was disappointing to us. We would have stayed longerand bought more drinks had there been music and I think most of the other customers would have agreed. Read more
