Stopped in around noon. No customers inside , 4 staff. Service was incredibly slow. I will never go back, no matter what. Food... overrated, service terrible, attitude unacceptably bad. Had to let staff know credit card did not go through because they wereso busy not doing there jobs. Read more

Manager talking bad about crew member on front kine while taking order. Then out of straws in dining. Then took 11 tables before... finding one clean enough to sit at. Music so loud on overhead speaker took 3 times for husband to hear me. Then found anothertable cleaned off enough to sit at and look and cashier just standing with our food at counter. Lord only knows how long. Thensandwich top not on it stuck with my cheese to wrapper. O ly good thing was cheese sticks which no sauce offered. Very poorlymanaged. Read more

Not a good experience this time. Fries are cold and over cooked. Chicken sandwich is cold and over cooked. Not good at all!!!

Still no dine in.... Very disappointing, it's kept me from going there A LOT. It doesn't make any sense to me why you can't dine... in. I take my own precautions, you can sit people every other table. I get so tired of this no dine in bs. Have employees wipetables, hand rails and booths like they're supposed to anyways. We have gas stations, stores and work places we all go to. Yetwe can't eat in certain places. Yet some you can and the one's that you can't. Will definitely lose my business 75% of the time.Cause I like to go out to eat with my family. While I myself and especially when with my child need to be able to eatinside. Very difficult to try and feed a kid in a car seat. I'm not doing that ever again... Arby's needs to open, they're theonly place who's been shut down from day one and never reopened.. Ridiculous. Update (6/17) - No response from Arby's regarding my experience. Corporate customer service has been contacted but after the... horrible service and the worker lying to me I will not be back. 7:50pm at the speaker and told they were closed (seems to be acommon problem from other reviews left here) after taking the cars in front of me order and 4 other cars waiting for theirorder. Then the worker hung up on me after giving me corporates phone number. Then she lied saying the systems had been down for3 hours, they were out of roast beef and the only thing that could be served were drinks. But I see the last customer leavetaking a bite of a roast beef sandwich. She also said she was sorry that I felt I needed to have my order taken. Isn?t thatyour job working at a restaurant? HORRIBLE! Food is good, but they tend to be forgetful and then seem upset when you want what you paid for... dunno if they are truly... upset at customer or staff BUT as a customer I see it and feel its towards me. Look, you work hard for your money, so do I andif I ordered 2 of something I'm not driving away with only 1. So read, and double check before you hand the bags out thewindow. Read more
