Been there Several times and have never been disappointed! Good food, good portion sizes. Usually have to get a box to take home... extras. TIP- go for lunch- prices are more than reasonable, but there is no lunch menu on wknds. Still well worth full menuprices! Read more

My first time at Pueblo Real Mexican Restaurant for quick dinner ! I?m glad I stop and grab a bite to eat, food was very tasty... and hot! Well done! Waiters were very friendly! Had been looking forward to eating at this restaurant for awhile, it was very disappointing. The atmosphere was not welcoming,... none of the staff we encountered, including our bartender, even smiled at us. We told them upon entering that we were going toorder our meals to go and have a drink at the bar while waiting for our food. The bartender was rude and rolled his eyes when Iasked him about the margarita sampler I wanted to try. He gave us our drinks and left and did not return to take our order orcheck on us. It was a Saturday night around 9 and we were the only people at the bar, there were 4 or 5 cars in the parking lot.After 10 mins waiting for someone to take our to go order we had to inquire at the host's station and they sent our bartenderback. Still no smiles or pleasantries. We ordered our dinners and were interested in the delicious desserts offered in the menu,unfortunately neither of the 2 we wanted were available, nor our 3rd choice. We settled for 2 other desserts bit didn't getthose in the end either. They gave us 2 desserts we didn't order, tiny portions, they were Ok. We waited over a half hour forour to go order, during which no one checked on us and we had to ask for chips and salsa. The food was only slightly warm whenwe finally received it. I have been here 2 times since they opened and both times the food and service was great, I really enjoy coming here. Last time... was phenomenal I didn't like the drink I ordered it was a bit too strong for my liking and I wasn't charged for it and gotanother drink instead. Staff is always friendly, and food comes out fairly quick, I don't have any complaints and find it a niceplace to eat or a good place for a dinner date ( which I did last time I was there ) Read more
Stopped in late at night on a 700 mile road trip. I was hungry and knew I needed a Chimichanga fix. The tres mini chimi dinner... fit my profile and I ordered a nice tall cerveza with some chips and queso. The staff was friendly and served me at the sit downbar instead of taking a table or booth, my choice. The food was hot and authentic Mexican. The plate service was fast and thewaiter was attentive without being overly so. I recommend this Mexican food restaurant for the weary travellers. Read more
The food was very good but expensive. I asked for some melted cheese over my vegetable quesadilla and was charged an extra $1.99... for it. Normally, hot sauce is on the table but it wasn't so my husband had to ask for some. They asked him if he wanted thehomemade or bottled. He said he would try the homemade which he was charged $1 for. I really don't think we'll be visiting thisrestaurant too much. They could have let us know about the extra charge. Read more
