Horrendous service! Order a baconnator and a Dave?s triple and received 2 regular cheeseburgers also orders a biggie bag and got... no nuggets, no straws, small fries and drinks even tho large was ordered then was asked to come inside the lobby to have myorder fixed and both doors were locked and no one had any intentions of unlocking it I knocked and waited for 10 minutes with noone showing up but a homeless man to ask me for my food which I gave it all to him I will never ever spend another cent withthis entire franchise Read more

If you'd like your food thrown together and served with a frown THIS Wendy's is the place for you! Visiting from out of state... and one of the WORSE. A team of young servers who aren't familiar with their own menu. I ordered the fish sandwich twice andeach time is was made different...when asked for extra tarter sauce, the person at the window didn't know that tarter sauce cameon the sandwich. Definitely an embarrassment to the brand and VIRAL WORTHY for lack of customer service in Georgia. Read more
Thank you Wendy's, with the short staff lobby was close, only drive through open.. I'm in a Semi, so won't fit. Was able to... get their attention, and asked if I could order, which they were very accommodating. Thank you so.much, I was pretty hungry, no where else around, plus had to take my reqired 30 min.
