Horrible customer service! I told the girl the she did not have to toast the bread, warm the meat, or cut the sandwich. She got... an attitude and said that she will have someone else make it. No stars ignored by staff employee put on gloves then walked to back came back with dripping wet gloves started making my... sandwich I ask why his hands were wet he snickered and shrugged his shoulders then put on new gloves. I paid almost $12. For asandwich I was afraid to eat. Ask for Italian herbs and cheese bread was told I could only get Italian bread hence italian herbsand cheese. 2 thin slices of brisket 4 1/2 squares of cheese wasn't asked what kind just smacked it on there 1 thin strip bbqsauce extra black olives I got 4 thin slices worst experience at any restaurant I've ever been to. The Mexican lady was super rude, would not go in the cooler and get more olives, would not get more cheese and had an attitude.... It was not busy only one person in line. They also have a 76c rating with the health department. Very disappointed Read more
The worst service I have ever experienced at a Subway. I used to manage one and the attitude and pace of the sandwich artist was... deplorable. I didn't even want her energy on my food. They need to have some serious re-training. Read more
Bad score, 87, but, they were marked for not knowing anything, nothing gross. Restaurant seemed clean enough, bathroom was not!... ???? Oh well, our sandwiches we're good and he was pleasant to us. Read more
Will never come back poor customer service , cashier has a terrible attitude mgr. No better. Charge me for the wrong thing then... get mad because I corrected her.....SMH not to mention ice machine is very nasty with mold that you can see. I usually like this location. Employees are friendly. Last week, I ordered lunch for my group, and did not get my tomatoes on... my sandwich. Did this again today, and this time, No Tomatoes, cucumbers, or banana peppers. I was trying to save time byordering ahead, but still had to wait a bit. That would have been fine, but it would have been good to get the orders donecorrectly. Guess I'll watch them make them if I do this again. Read more
Very horrible, rude staff. The veggies never look fresh. Why is it that my cookies are ALWAYS stale??? And they have bugs... crawling right out the kitchen door as employees walk back and forth. Completely disgusted!!!! Read more
