Went in caseys at 1:20 today. The bathrooms are filthy, the floors are filthy and the donut case was worse than filthy!!!!
Place was an absolute pig pin. Filthy restrooms, trash and stocked items on floor. Went to get a fountain drink and was just... grossed out completely. I've never seen a Casey's as bad as this one. Read more
Everybody here for the most part is kind and nice. I called this morning to check on the availability of the bottled caseys... coffees or even starbucks. The woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. She basically responded like duh like it was astupid, or unnecessary question. I get there and they don't have any! Not customer friendly, waste of my time. Read more
Try to get an order delivered to the T/A try stop, it mentions they deliver, but are not truck driver friendly, this location... is 2.5 blocks, when a driver gets parked for the nite, they need to be able to count on some one and this Casey'sunfortunately is not this location in Concordia, MO. We had 2 Pizzas delivered. 1 arrived over 2/3 of which was overcooked. When I spoke with the manager on shift, Jordan, he said... we would have to bring the pizza up to him to prove it was overdone. I told him I could text a photo but he said his phonedoesn't receive texts photos. He then said that he couldn't be sure that it wasn't an old photo. So he has called me a liartwice. We did take the pizza back and I am now eating one from Pizza Hut. This man should not be in management. Read more
I had never been to a Casey's before, but we stopped here a few weeks ago for food and drinks since we were staying the night... nearby. Got a sub sandwich that they make for you. It was pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean. Filled up with gas the next morning and got myself a pumpkin spice latte that was pretty good. I will definitely stop in on thenext trip. Staff is usually nice. Bathrooms were horribly dirty. Pizza was decent.
