Wait was long but understandable since the drive-thru was busy. Went inside ordered a wrap, bowl, a couple of drinks, and other... things. They inputted the wrong wrap into the register and when the girl was making it she mentioned it and we let her know itwas the wrong one along with which one we wanted. She just ignored it and started making the bowl. Asked again if we could getthe right one and she mentioned that she only made what was on the screen. We insisted that we didn?t think it was her fault andif we could just get the right one. We were told she had already made it at this point. We clarified again when she continued tohand us the wrap because we thought maybe there was still confusion about which wrap but she told us it was already made andhanded us the wrong wrap. Frustrated, we left as we didn?t want to argue. Then when I got to my drink, it was just hot waterwith I don?t know what mixed in it (asked for a medium French with half coffee). Read more
I know it's early in the mornings but stop giving me coffee when I order tea. Either change the cup color or the lid color so I... can at least tell you instantly when you have my order wrong. Stop punching in different items with the same price. It is notok, even when the total cost is the same. You are disabling the app coupon when the items don't match up. Please put a pricescreen at cash window drive through. Constantly being overcharged for items I don't order but cant see price im paying due todirect sunlight. Read more

Always a wonderful experience as I usually Pay It Forward inside the Tim's and/or at the Wendy's drive thru for the person... behind me in line or car behind me. Amazing staff always joyful and friendly. Amrit from Tim Horton's is always great andgreets everyone with kindness. The drive through at this Tim's at 1 PM today extended out to Langstaff. There is a double lane going in which was blocked, this... defeats the purpose of a double lane. I parked and went in to order. Two people were ahead of me. Not sure how environmentallyfriendly are the drive throughs as well as the carbon footprint. I bench marked a white SUV and the vehicle hasn't reached theordering station yet. I was sitting down at this time with my food. Read more
