The staff here was so amazing! My husband and I had stopped in for a quick snack today at Wendy?s and Tim Hortons with our two... year old. He ran in to the young lady washing the floors at Tim Hortons and he had a long babble at her. She was so sweet! Theyoung man behind the counter also offered him two timbit pops which totally made his day! Thank you both for being so nice!!! Read more
People this Tim Horton?s service is horrible. They cannot get an order correctly. I asked for a plain croissant with only hot... bacon not with egg and I got egg. So clearly they don?t understand when you say bacon and not mention egg that a person doesn?twant egg. Then they argue when I specifically also asked for 2 bacon and egg sandwich on an English muffin. They only put only1 and I?m telling them I asked for 2. Nevertheless they gave me the second one. Then as I am leaving I hear them talking. Issue they don?t understand and don?t admit to their mistake. This is just in one day. I have been to a lot of Tim Hortons butthis has to be one of the worst. Speak English and understand your customers. Read more
Tried to order Timbits on a Saturday morning and they said they had none. This was around 630 am. Then on Sunday morning I... tried to order a farmers wrap and they said they had none ready. Was about the same time. How is this possible? You're TimHortons. Not going back. Read more
Closes at 11, but at least doesnt hassle me about walking through the 24hr. drive-thru. Coffee is made right 50% of the time.... Staff is friendly. Read more
Worst place, team members are not trained or the supervisor is eating money and not provided training. they make me wait 10 min... for just one hashbrown, as I have worked in tim hortons, i very well know how decontamination works, employee use same handgloves for bacon, egg, sausage for making sandwich nd burgers, also she used same gloves for giving me hashbrown, I amvegetarian, they served me hashbrown with bacon oil, sauage blend. when I told them to not do like this and give me fresh onethey were like calm down. Visited here during a Sunday afternoon. Not busy at all but since it's in the middle of an industrial area, it's probably packed... during peak hours. Even with the small traffic, the place was messy and unkept. Food was ok. Read more
