I called this restaurant tonight at 7:30 to ask what time they closed, lady on phone told me 9pm but to arrive 8:45 latest to... order. I drove from Toronto and arrived at 7:50pm. Restaurant closed down early- before time listed on Google and well beforelady said it would close. Drove down for nothing. Ridiculous. Read more

Came to this location to try out, but there was a lack of chicken but tons of veggies and shrimp which I added extra. I'm used... to going to the Dufferin and Steeles location which I find far more fresh and evenly distributed for the meat. I will stick withthat location as I order the same thing generally but somehow this time it came to $19 for shrimp and chicken on rice bowl. Read more

Came here and ordered the Signature dish. The worker came from the back and took my order, added some fresh chicken on the... grill and put a steel lid over it, a few moments later he removed a steel lid from another dry batch of chicken which was precooked and added that to my meal. The chicken was hard and dry. I would not recommend this location to anyone especially aloyal customer who knows what freshness tastes like. Read more
I agree with some other reviewers. The chicken tasted off, definitely precooked or something. Did not taste right. Maybe not... fresh? I can't say what it was, but it ruined the whole meal. I'm guessing by adding a lot of salt and sauces it can beunnoticed, but it was definitely noticeable. Read more
My first time going to this teriyaki experience, at this location the place is clean and well organized staff was professional... and friendly, I gave it 3 stars and the reason being was that the chicken was already prepared and sitting under a lid coverdon't know how long its been sitting there either, was wondering why the chicken wasn't prepared with the vegetables and thiswas the reason why, but pieces of my chicken were dry. And actually ruined the rest of the meal, looked at other people reviewsand noticed the same complaint about the meat already being prepared as far back as 2 years ago seen manager apologize so why isit still happening years later, but I won't be going back there again.
