This place is an absolute joke, came here to redo my ice coffee ( my first ever redo I had to do on my drink being a regular... customer here) and some old lady the cash gave me the most absolute mean attitude and response. Been to several Starbucks before, but first time at this location. Went through the drive thru on a Saturday afternoon (around... 5:30pm) and it was pretty confusing. At the entrance of the drive thru, there's a sign that said "wait here to order" and weidled there for about a minute but there was nothing happening, so we drove up to the speaker/menu. We waited there for about2-3 minutes and still no one spoke to us, but there was a sign that said to drive up to the window if you needed help ordering(probably for accessibility) so we drove up to the window. We were greeted by a young guy and girl, who I can only assume is themanager/supervisor. The guy just said "hi..." and seemed confused. I mentioned that we hadn't ordered yet and the girl instantlyleans over and says "just so you know, we don't take orders at the window". Her tone was kinda rude, especially if we did needhelp for accessibility (and she kinda just assumed we didn't), but I brushed it off. We explained that the signs were kind ofconfusing and no one was helping us at the speaker, so we drove up... There was no one behind us anyway and from what I sawinside the shop, not many people dining in either. She just repeated that line again and left. The guy ended up taking our orderand a different girl made our drink. The guy was very friendly and super helpful, but that first girl was just not it... Idk ifshe was having a bad day or something but she could be a little friendlier at least? I agree with the other reviewers who commented that this location has terrible customer service. Please train your staff. I... placed an mobile order for drive-thru and the lady couldn't figure it out, was so confused and couldn't be bothered to checkwhether my order was already made. Resorted to "you'll have to come in"....so I had to wait in line (in addition to the wait inthe drive-thru) only to find out my order was already made but the person at the window couldn't be bothered to checkproperly. it?s not about coffee, It's about hygiene. The toilet is very dirty inside. Tables dirty uncleaned and no hand sanitisers.

Super nice staff. So helpful and friendly. The location was clean. Not super convenient. Does have a drive-thru. No outdoor... seating. Plenty of free parking. Small amount of merchandise to choose from. Read more
