Once again on their Signature Wings Nachos hunt and this time they didn't disappoint me..they were a bit slow in taking and... fulfilling the order but their Nachos were out of the world..tried Coors Light Draught for the first time in Canada and it wassuperb as well..super friendly staff and lovely ambience..Win of Toronto Raptors made everything more flavorful..Cheers! I always do for their Chicken tenders and fries. They?re pretty good. The service is just ok.

Our server wasn?t bad, she was HORRIBLE !! I had to ask her, please could you clean the table, when she was dropping the menus... on a dirty table. Then the ketchup bottle was very dirty ???? and also the table beside was also dirty. The restaurant wasn?teven full. When she brought us the food she didn?t ask us if we needed anything else and didn?t bring us cutlery and we had toask to the other server to bring us what we needed. I haven?t been to St.Louis in quite some time, but I have to say this was a very good experience. My servers name was Krisauna,... and she had impeccable customer service and was very personable! It was pretty busy when went in, but she kept a very friendly,positive demeanour, and made sure to check in enough to make sure I was all good. She gave me very good recommendations andassisted me with any questions I had! I would highly recommend her as your server and will definitely go back to this location.:) Read more

We live nearby this restaurant and we went for a dine in. We ordered Double trouble wings which comes with bones and boneless... wings together with different sauces for each. We found the bone ones were undercooked and not fresh at all. The boneless oneswere very dense and it wasn't cooked well either. Both were microwaved and not fresh. We could barely eat it. What a joke of a place! My cousin, his wife, my wife and myself went there on a Sunday afternoon for wings and beer. We?ve... decided to sit in a patio; patio was dirty and the decor was outdated, I could smell urinate around us and our table was verydirty and it seemed that it was not cleaned up for a long time. We?ve asked one of the servers to wipe it down, she decided tospray the table and to wipe it, the problem was the table top was not a solid peace and had one inch gaps so as she was sprayingthe table she was spraying my legs and my cousin?s phone which was on the seat beside him! Then came our server, I think she wasoverwhelmed and did not have proper training on customer service. She was rude and unprofessional. Our wings were extremely coldand undercooked. The table beside us complained and asked for the manager, the lady manager came over and told the old gentlemenbeside us that ?that is normal and that?s how they cook their wings?!!!!! She only offered to replace their food after we?vestarted complaining. I used to own two restaurants in the past so I can tell you the manager did not handle the situation rightand she got lucky the table beside us didn?t tell her anything; she didn?t even comeback to check on us even though she heard uscomplaining about the temperature of the food, I mean for God?s sake, that chicken is going to send someone to the hospital.
