drink was as always tasty and freshly served, this review is for the cashier who served the drink, first of all it seemed like... as if she was not in a good mood, but that's not what food industry wants you to be, does it? she was not at all in the mood ofletting customers know 'what-is-what' I mean if you are out of your bestseller item 'classic tapioca' you should let people knowwhat is in the 4 jars full of other jellies that you use as alternatives. seondly, when i upfrontly asked that i want to knowwhat are you ging to put in my drink as an alternative to classic tapioca she reluctantly just told me about one coconut jellyand at the end i found my drink with apple jelly not coconut. mind you! apple jelly in a mango drink, are you serious? not atall happy with the demeanor she showed at customer service. so One star. This place has the worst customer service ! The servers who were there today (30 Oct @ 6:50 pm) messed up my order and never... apologized to me for that. I had to wait for another 5 mins for my drink to be ready. While I was waiting, another lady comesrunning saying even her order got messed up. And that girl in the counter snatched the drink and dumped it into the garbagewithout even apologizing. Apparently the mango diamond slush is a completely discoloured sour tasting drink at night time? according to the staff

I would rate this place 0, but since that isn't possible, a 1 is fine. This one asian lady at the counter was so rude and... doesn't know how to communicate. I never knew she didn't understand what I was saying, I told her one mango smoothie withtapioca, I told her 3 times and she just put one mango smoothie with MILK? They didn't even add the tapioca and they were sohesitant to re add it. We paid extra for the tapioca, which wasn't a problem because I know that they charge, but then the ladyaggressively slapped the change into my hands? She said sorry but I'm thankful I wasn't the only one complaining because inphotos of other bad reviews, she's also the cashier. Funny how she's been working their for so long with these reviews. Now youknow where not to go for real fruit smoothies. Eaton Centre is much better and the cashiers don't act so entitled. You're acashier, stop acting like a CEO, & know ur place. Read more

Not a good customer service. Even my drink wasnt Tasty at all.. I said less sugar and it was filled with so much sugar. Also,... the mango chunks were very much soggy and not fresh, it looks like they were stored from the long time and drink was made beforeI ordered. Felt so bad. Read more

Super crowded as it?s in the mall..!! Quick service ? got a taro milk tea and mango slush? both were amazing .. boba was small... and easy through the straw ..!! The mango seemed to a customer favourite .. a lot of people where buying mangoes slushiedrinks.!! Read more

I would have rated 5 star if i didnt wait for my order for over 10 minutes. I thought ordering in the kiosk will make me get my... order faster but nope. Amazing taste. Must try their mango pineapple flavour with mango chunks in it. The staff was friendly and the service was fast... enough. The taste is really good and they serve with fresh fruits and you could actually feel the freshness while sipping. Theprices are also pretty good for the juices, smoothies and slushes they serve.
