Was great pizza loved best pizza i tried my favourite is margarita with its sweet sauce and scrumptious cheese
When someone buys a pizza, I tend to eat it without complaining. But today's pizza was not. I was planning to eat pizza in the... summer breeze. But all my plans were ruined by this pizza. The pizza I ordered is "yorkville special". I've had this pizza atanother locations before. At that time, the taste of the pizza was so delicious that it was indescribably delicious, and once Itasted it, I couldn't stop until the plate ran out. I didn't even visit this pizza when it first opened. This pizza dough wasovercooked. But the dough was so burned that it looked black. And the cheese... not melted at all. It boasts freshness as if itwas just taken out of the refrigerator, and with every bite, a whole chunk of cheese fell to the floor. Does the staff thereknow how to make pizza? It was the first time I realized that pizza can go into an oven and come out in 5 minutes. As far as Iknow, this pizza brand has been around for a while. And the reason it's still in business is probably because it has brandpower. But this store doesn't care about that at all. Beware of selling anything. I will never go to this location again. I think this is the first time I am rating a restaurant with one star. This could be an off-day for them, and maybe their pizza... oven was broken or something. I ordered via Uber-eats, and they managed to deliver the worst pizza I ever had. It was soggy limpbread, too salty, and it was cold on delivery. The size is smaller than I expected for that price. My kids did not eat it. Idon't think this is how they usually serve their pizza though. If this is how their make their pizza usually they cannot be inthis business for too long. So, anyone who is reading my review please ignore this. I am only putting this review in place justfor the record, that this actually happened at least once. Undercooked. sauce was very bitter, wilting basil and bland cheese. Wasn't much ingredients on pizza/ it all fell off when I... picked up the slice. Cooked bottom raw top. Not worth the price for a basic pizza. Crank that oven heat up. Read more
I love the salads at PiCo. This would be my first time leaving a review but my 5th time ordering one. This store was... immaculately clean and the lovely lady who served me was very conscious about changing her gloves between adding ingredients. The produce was fresh and the selection of toppings is endless. I couldn?t think of anything else they should add to theirproduct line up. Thanks again for an awesome lunch and see you again soon! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered from here because I can?t eat gluten or dairy. I would have ordered... vegan cheese but I do not like the brand they use. Ordering ONE small pizza on here from Uber cost over 30 bucks, you pay 4bucks extra for GF crust which was the only good part of the order even though it wasn?t cooked long enough. When I got mypizza they decided NOT to put tomato sauce and all the toppings I asked for and paid for. When you pay a lot of money you thinkthey?d care a little. Half the toppings on this joke of sad looking ?pizza? were half burned, half entirely raw or partiallycooked and they tasted not fresh or good. It?s like they put in messed up oven for too short a time. I even found a piece ofwalnut and had some honey on my pizza because of it. Not good if you?re vegan / nut free. Do not order from here, it?soverpriced, not fresh and not made with any care and you don?t get what you paid for. It was messy low quality ingredientstopped on a tiny crust that was hardly cooked. Skip this place. Not worth your money for the service and what you at all. I visited this location and order two build-your-own pizzas. The 3 staff members there were friendly, and made sure they knew... exactly what we wanted for each pizza (dough, sauce, cheese and toppings). They were quick and put a generous amount oftoppings. We were in and out in about 5-10 minutes, and the pizzas tasted great! Fresh ingredients and the dough was cookedperfectly, definitely recommend! Read more
