Some of the food was good but I don't understand why they mixed some cold one. Some pieces were fresh and some were old.

Service is super slow! Not to mention that I had to clean off a table just to dine inside. Asked for Mayo they wanted to charge... me $0.35 for it yet you should've seen the drop they put on my chicken sandwich. They skimp on toppings. Bun was not fresh! Myhusbands chicken was cold even. I overheard a Customer asking for ketchup and she was told they had none? What?? Never againwill I ever eat at KFC. Read more
Poor customer service did not smile or say hi 7 minutes wait for next tray come out and when I ask for guest WiFi she said not... for public then why would you put ?guest? in the first place ?staff/employee only? but I love my fresh Kfc! Read more
I don?t usually leave reviews for fast food chain restaurants but this place is a disaster. Try avoiding and go elsewhere, as... this place is way off the expected standards. The fries where old and stale, the chicken size is tiny and the hot wings wererock hard. Read more
Chicken pieces are super small. Two pieces makes up the usual size of one piece of chicken somewhere else. The restaurant feel... unhygienic and unsafe. Tables are strewn with crumbs, clearly showing that the staff hasn't been disinfecting the tables afterguests leave. The washroom is dirty, with toilet paper on the floor and soiled toilet seats. With so many chicken shops around I decided to give her a KFCa visit back in the day they were the only ones but now there's so... many options. I ordered a big crunch combo with a side order of popcorn. The lady didn't even ask me if it's 4 here to go shejust packed it up and sat in dinning room Overall food was good.
