This location NEVER disappoints. There are two other Harvey?s locations closer to us, but we will always make our way to this... one. Staff is always friendly and kind. Bad Experience, Poor management, Poor service, bunch of kids running the store! I visited this location with my son on Civic... Holiday long-weekend in August, a few highschool-age kids were working there, NO grown-up person SUPERVISOR, we ordered twocrispy chicken sandwiches, after waiting for 20 minutes we were given COLD sandwiches, when we complained, they replaced thesandwiches and gave us very SMALL CHICKEN PIECES! Don't they know that they must give warm meal to customers??? Unfortunatelycustomer service in this business is also getting worse over time, other locations are not any better either. Read more

Terrible management... We came a couple of weeks ago, the girl who took my order at the front was lovely and delightful. She was... fundamentally the only positive aspect of my visit. I ordered an Angus burger with cheese and bacon. Another gentleman justbefore me ordered the same burger but without the bacon. An innocent mistake happened where the gentleman mistook my burger forhis own. So when they called me up for my burger, it was obviously without bacon. I didn't think it was such a big deal to addbacon to it, but the young manager on the grill reacted VERY unprofessionally and childishly to the situation. I heard hertelling the employee in the front that it wasn't her fault they didn't verify the burger before sending it out and that shewouldn't be fixing the problem...? Despite being the manager, she did not come out to speak with me like I was inconveniencingher. She was unbelievable; why should the customer get penalized for an inevitable mistake? If this is how the store treatspatrons now, they are taking a step in the absolute wrong direction. I wish I could say my experience is irregular, but thatwould be lying. We've been coming to this location for several years, and it used to be our favourite location because ofMitchel. But this year, since he left, there has been an obvious decline in customer service. Mitchel was always smiling andgoing above and beyond; I did not get this energy from the new younger manager. Every visit we've had with her was subpar. Shehas an accent and is very demeaning to us and the other customers. I'm not looking for perfection, but this will be our finalvisit to this location. Line was super slow at 12:45pm on a Wednesday. I ordered through the app for the first time, that was good... however, my... burger was made wrong. my ?salad? was super lame.
