One of the better BBT places in this plaza that has at least 6 competitors. Coco is consistently the fastest, most efficient... service. Even if there are lines you can get your drink in a reasonable amount of time. The quality and creativity of the drinksis solid, although I cannot comment much on milk based drinks as I mostly order fruit based ones. Read more
Understaffed. Great location drinks good staff is friendly but the wait time to order is ridiculous. It's not the staff members... fault but management should really invest in hiring more staff because last time I just walked out before I was even servedsince I couldn't wait any longer. Terrible customer service! Stood in front of two guys with my family for five minutes while they never even acknowledged I was... there even after I said hi to one of them. They just kept looking at mobile orders on tablets. Place wasn't even busy! So Iwalked over to Chatime where they were friendly and we were served promptly. Guess they didn't want my money at Coco!
