Great customer service. Went through the drive-thru and there were people directing us on where to go. Very friendly and... well-organized staff. Quick service. Have yet to check out the dine-in. Also, the first time we went, we got a free tumbler andfree cow plushie :) it was near the opening of the restaurant though, so it seemed to be while supplies lasted. Read more
I personally love Chick-fil-A, always have it when i make a trip to the States. Unfortunately this is my first time here and... there was too much salt in the sandwich and the fries. The chicken deluxe sandwich was also over-fried. Maybe this is anisolated incident and i hope it is as well. Read more
So glad Chick-fil-A is expanding in Canada and finally in Vaughan. The food was delicious, you can tell it's real chicken... breast, and fresh ingredients, and the flavours were excellent. They have a really nice menu with items we don't typically seehere in Canada. The service was super friendly, just as you'd expect from this franchise, it felt weird at first because usuallypeople at fast food joints are miserable, but here the staff are happy and treated more fairly. The prices are reasonable,especially for the quality you get, and even the dipping sauces are free! Do expect a little bit of a wait during rush hours,despite having lots of staff, there's lots of customers so it's going to be very busy as they expand (the same happened toJollibee for the first few months they came to Canada), but the drive thru is not even worth attempting now, dine-in andtake-out is faster. The interior is very clean, and staff are frequently cleaning. Hope they expand into other cities soon,would love to have locations in Mississauga and Brampton. Highly recommend! This a complete review 1 The Burgers are extremely tiny as compared to any other burger place in the whole of canada. 2 One of... my burger had the world tinyest pickel see picture 3 I know you want to give out as much free food as you can but atleastgiveout enough fries or make to containers smaller !! 4 poor packaging and very low food quality. 5 Very salty and soggy onlyafter 10 min of being in the bag and also fried in the bottom of the container is also small bits and salty. It was my first time at this location and my experience was horrible. First we waited 45 minutes in the drive thru just to order... (which I understand because it just opened), but after ordering we waited another 40 minutes. We were being honked and yelled atby the people behind us when it wasn?t our fault. After receiving one order they told us to park up for the second one. Wewaited and waited and when they finally brought it, we were excited. We get home to eat and realized everything was wrong. Iasked for a spicy deluxe sandwich and just received a regular deluxe. I asked for two orders of spicy chicken strips and onlyreceived one and the other was chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets were absolutely disgusting, it was like chewing rubber. Andchickens strips also cost more than nuggets so I technically lost money. I asked for Sun Joy as a drink and got coke. Literallythe worst experience ever, will never go back there. That location doesn?t even have a number for me to call to let them know mywhole order was basically wrong. Read more

The spicy deluxe and spicy chicken sandwich tastes extremely fresh and warm. The waffle potatoe fries were tasty and had the... perfect salt touch. Drive thru on opening day went well, as staff were courteous enough to take our order. Dine in experiencewas hospitable as staff brought the correct food order to our table. Washrooms are nice and clean. Plenty of parking. Overall10/10 experience both food and hospitality. Read more
