My big complaint is that on more than one occasion, I have been unfortunate enough to hear and see the owner tearing a strip off... some of the server staff to the point it left them in tears. As a customer, It was extremely embarrassing for me to watch andhear this and I can only imagine how the rest of the staff was feeling as this happened.. Absolutely no reason to publicly tearinto an employee like this. I am hopeful that the owner reads these reviews and takes a little advice from these comments. Havehad Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner MANY times in this restaurant. For the most part, the food is good, Servers seem interested andwilling to satisfy the customer, food is delivered in short order and the place seems to be neat and tidy, with the exception ofthe "Souvenir Corner". Not really appropriate for a restaurant. They seem to have spent some money over the last few years insprucing the place up with paint and new tables. Pricing seems to be a little heavy handed.. Even by ordering their Daily lunchspecial, it's hard to get out of the place for under $20.00. A little much if you are eating out every day. The restaurant is very good but they need to improve on there appetizers as fries with gravy,poutine, etc are not appetizers... they are considered sides. Angelo's should revise the appetizer portion of the menu. The salad needs to be improved on asthere were only a couple pieces of both tomatoes and cucumbers. Also the presentation of the salad was a sloppy . The steakis supposed to be 10 oz but appeared to be a 6 oz instead. The steak is a rip off I do not advised getting it as you are notgetting what you pay for. Read more
