Been here a few times, drive thru and dine in without any issues. Never ran into them running out of stuff (which often happens... at other A&W locations). In general, glad they have plant-based options unlike many other fast food chains. Read more
Only 2 staff during Canada Day weekend. Counter girl was very slow & very disorganized! Orders took forever to get ready! We... were there about 90mins. Rediculous for a fast food joint. Hire more staff especially on a holiday weekend! Read more
I came in earlier this afternoon and all I can say is that the customer service was amazing they were really nice and had time... for small talk even when they were busy. They got my order completely right and if I?m being honest it was one of the bestburgers I have had. I really appreciate this service because you can?t find service like this around these times. They have been out of the BEST BURGER EVER BURGER for about two weeks now... before you blame the pandemic, other A&W... restaurants have it in stock. As a customer stated earlier... they ran out of pop last week... maybe it's an ordering issue atthis location? Let's stock the restaurant properly so customers can enjoy menu items... especially limited time offer items...by the time you get stock in (I am sure you won't be reordering because it's a promo) you have literally missed out on theentire LTO promo. Best burgers for a fast food chain imo, teen burger is my go to choice with sweet potato fries. I love their chicken strips and... of course the a&w signature root beer is a must have. Great drive thru or sit in so the choice is yours to make. Read more
Came here around 7pm one day. It was quiet. The staff who took my order was definitely not in a good mood and seemed miserable... and it seems that every time I go here, the staff is always like this. The food is always fresh when I come here. No complaintsabout that. If the staff were more friendly I'd give this location 5 stars. Read more
