This used to be one of the best Subways around, I don?t know if they got new ownership or what but they have really gone... downhill. The drink machine is constantly broken or out (no sign, so you don?t know til after you?ve paid), and the sandwichesare made incorrectly at least half the time. Sadly, I have stopped going here and now go to another one. Hopefully, theyimprove, but until they do, I?m done. Read more
My wife and I stopped here during a trip we were on and the staff had no idea what they were doing. They did not restock the... soda machine and they were out of several items. I asked for one of the sandwiches that had a list of included ingredients thatwent on the sandwich. That means that there are a predetermined set of ingredients that they are supposed to put on thesandwich. It was a number 12, if I remember correctly, and the guys still sat there with with The bread couldn't have and askedme what I wanted on the sandwich. I told him I wanted a number 12, and and I had to read the list of ingredients to him becausehe did not know what a number 12 was or any concept of how the number of sandwiches were. I do not blame the staff, but Icontribute it to poor employee training. One thing I cannot stand in any eating establishment that I go to is the staff tellingme why things aren't up to company standards. I am a customer, those are not my problems. It was poorly ran, and they were outof Coke, Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper, diet Dr. Pepper, Root Beer, and the Limon-Lime soda. I got the diet Limon-Lime soda, and tgecostumers received a speech on how they were out of things because they did not order them. They were under staffed for aroundlunch, and the two staff members working that day had communication difficulties that made thing a little more complicated, andthat is management not helping their staff. I felt bad for them. Most Subways that I go to are great, and I will go to others,but that one is off the list for now. They made my wife feel awkward, and that is unacceptable. Read more
One of the worst subways around. Each time I order online for pick up they make the sandwiches wrong. I just watched them make a... sandwich wrong then move the toppings off to another. Incompetent. Read more

Always clean and bright. Staff is friendly and they have a better selection of drinks than most. Best of all they are staffed.
Be careful. My credit card was stolen for this facility on a card reader. I would be very cautious going there and paying with a... credit/debit card. While yes, i get my money back from the CC company, some may not notice the fraudulent activity. Use caution. Read more
This is a lovely little Subway off of Crile road. All you have to do is figure out which lane to get back to it. ???? They had... a newer fountain and bottled drinks with My favorite, vitamin water. The gentleman took the order for my wife and I. We split afoot long roast chicken sub with 3 cookies for Desert as we got passed down to he line I felt we were being rushed by the younglady who took over. Is there anything else with that...yeah, I am feeling rushed...is there anything else with that. It wasn'tlike they had a rush on, there was only one other patron. Then we we had to pick from the tables to find one of the tables thatlooked wiped off. About a third looked dirty to me with ???? Restrooms needing tidying up too, but weren't terrible. I wouldtry this restaurant again. The food was good. The owner really needs to caution the curt lady to play on her phone less anwipe their tables more but good help is hard to find these days. Really good food but really expensive. Workers are always nice as well.
