I'm not one to typically leave bad reviews, and I've had good experiences with the night crew, but this experience with the... morning crew was disappointing. I came early around 9:15A, and was the only car in the drive-thru. I ordered 2 breakfastsandwiches- both with no meat- and when told my total I thought it sounded a little on the high end but paid anyway. Ilegitimately sat at the window for upwards of 10 minutes. When I asked how much longer, they said it was done and handed me abag with 2 sandwiches that had sausage on them. I told them I did not order any meat and then it made sense why my total was sohigh. They did not give me my receipt, did not offer to return the difference for ringing me up incorrectly, and offered nocompensation for sitting at the window for 10 minutes. Was excited about getting my complimentary small breakfast for Veterans Day only to be told at the drive thru that they were no... longer serving breakfast. It was 10:31 am. The female and male voices sounded equally excited about turning me away just 1minute after cut off time. There was no time listed on the information sheet that I downloaded from the Internet. My family and I had dinner there and the food was on point, best baked potato and fries ever but during our meal a full blown... screaming match between the manager and the cashier was horrible! They were cussing and screaming right in front. My 8 yr oldand 13 yr old was right there. The option we had was just leave. Very disappointed, expected more from the manager thanthat. Unprofessional. After waiting in the drive-through line for 20 minutes which only had one customer in front of me. I was asked to please wait no... emphasis on the please. Once I placed my order I pulled up to the window where I was asked for payment. I do not expect a thankyou for your order from Wendy?s anymore. I ordered a 10 piece spicy chicken nugget meal I was not able to get a bottle of waterso I had to settle for a sprite. The employee did not ask me what size of combo I wanted. Just assumed I wanted the mostexpensive combo available. After pulling around and tasting my food I found to my dissatisfaction that the Nuggets were overcooked and somehow managed to also be cold. How they were able achieve this I find puzzling. I then proceeded to taste the frieswhich are supposedly crispy and fresh is the new logo however to my dissatisfaction they were cold and also overcooked. Likethey had been sitting on the warmer for several hours. I proceeded to exit my vehicle and go to the door to bring this to theattention of management. To no surprise the door was locked. I knocked on the glass with no response. I looked at the hours oflobby operation and found myself questioning why it was locked. For I was there before the lobby should?ve been closed.Nonetheless I proceeded to call the restaurant with no answer to the phone to speak to management. Once that was concluded Idecided to leave my distain with a review on Google so that other patrons would not find this issue again. I beseech corporateWendy?s to take immediate action. This restaurant has been mismanaged for several years and I find the franchise owner to belacking in leadership abilities and staffing. I truly hope that this is taken to heart so that this restaurant can be thestanding staple of what a Wendy?s used to be. If the founder Dave were aware of the conditions of the food that was presented atthis Wendy?s he would be ashamed to have this under his daughters name. With a heavy heart your former customer. The absolute slowest, and chaotic Wendy?s I?ve ever been to. Waited 20 minutes in a drive through, then had to ?pull forward?... and wait even longer for two standard menu items. The person who was running the window seriously doesn?t want to be there, andthe person who handed me my food outside practically threw the bag into my window and didn?t offer any sort of condolences oreven a thank you. That was the first and last time I will ever go to this location, and I?m honestly surprised it?s even inbusiness. Read more

This Wendy's is one of the best that I've been to! The Mgr stopped what he was headed to do, nicely greeted me (not routinely),... took my order, & I had my food before I finished filling my drink. And the food was not cold, & wasn't thrown in the bag orshoveled together! Read more

Avoid this store if possible, we placed two combo orders and only got one at the window. We had to reorder the second one and... when I asked for a receipt I was told they didn?t have one. While we waited they left the window open and we could hear theperson working the window tell the manager they never turned the printer on for receipts. We could also hear the managertelling some of the employees to not use the N word at work. Food wasn?t even acceptable, the burger had a funny taste like itwas old meat and couldn?t even eat it. Order a large chili, baked potato, and small nuggets?.. Got to my daughters home 5 minutes away and noticed that there was NO... chili in the bag. Called Wendy?s immediately and they acted like I was lying about not receiving the chili. I am from NJ andWendy?s in my State don?t act like that. The treatment was rude and horrible. Double check your bag before leaving the drivethru?..better yet take your time and check item for item Lesson learned??
