My family had breakfast at this location this morning. Friendly staff, very accommodating and clean restaurant. They were very... busy and packed. We never felt looked over or neglected. Candice was our waitress and she was amazing. I want to thank Amy,Kelsey, and Mrs. Lee. They cared enough about one of my friends to order sugar free jelly. He?s diabetic so this will give himthe opportunity to have sugar free condiments with his meal. Please give this location a try. You won?t be disappointed. Read more

Update: My stomach has been a WRECK ever since eating here. Started the morning after and has continued on a week later. * Oof.... I mean, all waffle houses are a certain level of shady but tonight I?d say was top of the list. The poor waitress was trying herbest but I think the cook may have even been drunk? He was cross contaminating everything, using same gloves to place raw baconon stove and then cooked bacon on plate, also wiped his gloves on his pants, work station a disaster, tried to serve us baconthat had been sitting out a WHILE and smelled foul. My scrambled eggs weren?t even fully cooked. We got one meal removed fromour bill but honestly I wouldn?t be surprised if we got food poisoning from the small amount we did eat.. Read more
So to let everybody know I am from the Jersey and by us there are no waffle houses. So I went to go visit a family member that... lives in North Carolina and I have gotten to try the breakfast at waffle House actually all day breakfast lol. Anyways loved itand I went back almost everyday while I was on my mini vacation the food was great prices were great the service was greatparking was great. I wish I remembered the name of the waitress who serves me but she did a phenomenal job I'd like to thank thewhole staff over there at the waffle House. It felt very homey now I know a lot of people that are from over there basicallyjust think of it as a McDonald's but where I'm from it's not like that and the staff where I'm from are like walking zombiesthere is no life in them. Employees were scattered. (no pun intended) My husband did not receive the omelet he ordered, but ate it because re-ordering... would have been a nightmare. He specifically told him no grits, he can't eat them. Yep, grits on the plate. The sausage heordered never materialized. The grill cooking bacon and sausage simply never cooked ANY sausage. (We were at the bar, so we hada great seat.) But the worst..... the condescending, rude older female manager. She wasn't rude or condescending to thecustomers. But she spoke to the employees with such disdain. Her attitude and tone was completely uncalled for. THAT is why theemployees were having such a hard time. Although this location is closer and we go in often, we will not be back. We will drivethe extra ten minutes and go to a location where not only are the customers appreciated, but the employees are as well. (No, Ido not, and have never worked for WH. I stopped by after working a long day as a security professional and ordered just a double cheeseburger at 2am. I sat at the... counter & watched everyone get their order but me. I was there for 30 mins. Worst place ever. It?s 2 mins from my house and Iwill NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Read more
