Put in an online order 12:45, which was supposed to be ready at 1:30. We left great wolf lodge at 1:30 which is directly across... the street. When we got there a girl came out and said she would be right back, I waited about 10 minutes then tried to goinside, there were so many people waiting to get inside I couldn’t even get through, went back to the car and about 10 minuteslater the food came, so about an hour and ten minutes after we placed the order. I got the grilled chicken sandwich which wasdelicious, wife got the salad which she said was ok, kids got nuggets which were dried out and just before being burnt. This was the first and last time I will come to this location. It first started with the unpleasant host who literally just sat... everything down and walked away, then the server was very rude. He came over never greeted us, nor asked if we wantedappetizers. He literally appeared he was having a bad day. I quickly asked for the manager and I explained to her the situationand I requested for a new server. The new server was very pleasant. When the food came out, the fries were cold, stale andappeared they been fried in old greese. I asked for fresh hot fries, they came out just like the ones I complained about. Theother staff standing around talking among themselves looking over at our table. The environment and atmosphere was horrible. Attentive staff that made sure we were always topped up and had something on the table. The shared starters were very generous,... my steak cooked just right according to my preference and the corn just heavenly. Place becomes quite busy during dinner hoursand it can be difficult to find a parking spot at peak hours. Plan to arrive a bit earlier or later for the optimal experience. Read more

One of my favorite places to come and eat. I’d say their steaks are comparable of those at higher end steakhouses, but at a... much more affordable price. The service is always good. The rolls are fresh, better than your grandma makes as they say.Atmosphere is loud but that is to be expected. I encourage you to get on the waitlist before coming because it is usuallypacked. The website won’t allow it for this location, so you have to use Yelp. Read more
Two out of the three steaks that we ordered were extremely overcooked. We sent one of them back and it was returned overcooked... again after the rest of the table was finished eating. My loaded baked potato had several black spots on the outside and Ithought that it was overcooked as well but it was ROTTEN. The inside of the potato smelled terrible and looked like half of thepotato had rotted long before it was cooked. It was pretty shocking to see. Not good at all.
