CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING. Instead of them spending money on renovations they should have spent it on better staff and... training! 2nd time we have gone here and our order was wrong. And the manager even admitted to the fact that her people don?tknow that the deluxe box doesn?t come with nacho fries. The last two orders I've had from this location they have completely forgotten a lot of ingedients in my order and even... items. Literally recieved the food dead cold and entirely unedible. Super dissapointing to see as this location used tk beconsistent and not mess up really simple orders. Read more
Me and my father ordered off of the kiosk and after 30 minutes of waiting for our food I was standing at the front desk and an... employee asked "whachu want" and I had told them I didn't get my food yet. They then searched for my order, said they didn'thave it , and wouldn't put in a new order for me until I showed them the bank statement , also the employees where swearing inthe back very loudly and there was someone in the drive through angry along with a woman and another couple that where angrywith the customer service. My crunchwrap was completely busted open looking like someone already started eating it. Employee rude when they forgot part of... my order. Update: they can never make there food right, burnt and a ridiculously small amount of sauce! Read more
As an international traveler using a low value currency ( South African Rand 15,5 x for $1 ) This was the best value meal in USA... so far. Restaurant was clean and neat and counter staff assisted with recommending this deal being unfamiliar with the menu anddeals. Chalupa savings box, $5 Lots of complimentary condiments available, many different chilli sauces etc and drink seems tobe bottomless, help yourself. Read more
The food was so badly made...the people working inside seemed like they have never even been trained ...i like tacobell..and... normally I would not rate this low but my last visit was horrible....one of the workers who couldn't get my order right as I'mtelling him through the mic comes to the window with a Marijuana face mask !...my quesadilla was so flat it was like I just paid$6 for just a tortilla with a tiny bit if cheese ..no chicken inside! even tho i paid for it..and the burrito and Mexican pizzaon my order were also lacking pretty much everything...the experience was so bad that I didn't even want to call to complainuntil the next day so I didn't have the same people making my food again. We love this Taco Bell. The staff is always so friendly. A couple times the staff has taken it upon themselves to make our order... and/or visit better. We go out of our way to visit this Taco Bell for these reasons. Read more
