just went in with my friend to get a sub for lunch. A little boy had ran over from what seemed to be football practice from the... high school down the street. My friend and I are white and the little boy was black. The older lady working behind the countertreated that boy with such disrespect and hate from the moment he walked in, just to turn around and greet my friend and I witha smile and sweet tone. It got to the point where it was literally too much to hear and my friend paid for his food and thenspoke up, saying that was no way to speak to any customer much less a child. The old lady started raising her voice and told usto get out of her store and to never come back. Not to mention she was training a new employee while this was occurring. Greatinfluence right. They also didn?t change their gloves, or wash their hands for the correct amount of time after smokingcigarettes out from of the store. Moral of the story, I?m writing this on our way to Jersey Mike?s. Do better. Read more
The store itself was nice, but the staff is a different story. Walked in, and both of the staff members had their airpods in,... very unprofessional. One girl was standing in the back meanwhile, we stood there for 10 min waiting to be helped while the othergirl was helping another customer. I walked out and took my business elsewhere. Read more
11:25 on a Saturday and the girls are in there working but all doors are locked. No response and no effort whatsoever to say... what is happening. Total waste of time and most unprofessional! Read more

Good service but bad ingredients (not fresh). Cucumbers were sticking to each other and gooey and not appetizing same with... tomatoes. Management sucks. Guess what try to make profits by cutting corners you'll loose customers. BTW nice try hiding theveggies by sticking advertisements on to the glass. Was a regular will never visit again!! Read more
I called at 7pm to make sure they were open. Drove 6 miles and arrived at 7:25; door locked. Two other customers were trying to... get in. I called and lady said they lock doors at 7:30 so they can close at 8pm. I asked for owners number and she said shewould get fired. I have come here three times in the last 2 weeks before the posted 8pm closing and the doornos were locked withworkers inside. Subway has lost my business. This one will be going out of business. I talked to 2 other very unhappy customersand the rude lady that answered the phone tonight. Went to Burger King and they had a nice lady at Concord Mills. Take yourbusiness there. Wish I could give this place a 0 star review. Do your self a favor and don?t go here. I went today to get a sandwich today and... I was the only customer in the entire store. When I walked up to the counter the young woman working explained that this wasonly her second day, so that if she made a mistake to please let her know. I completely understood and honestly was concernedbecause it seemed like she was the only person working. Together we made the sandwich basically, which is fine cause I know shedidn?t choose to be there alone. During this process another employee came out the back with a mop and bucket. He looked as ifhe was under the influence of drugs from what I could tell. He mopped around the door for about a minute before taking a seat ina booth. When the woman who was making my sandwich had questions about how to use the register, the male employee didn?t get upand just yelled across the establishment. When I was finally able to pay for the sandwich I went to fill my drink and the icemaker was out. The male employee, still seated, looked at me and said ?if you want ice I?ll have to get it from the back?.Disgusted with this experience I told him to forget about it. My drink was supposed to be Diet Coke, but it?s obvious theyhaven?t refilled the syrup. In conclusion, I won?t be coming back. I came by for lunch. I walked past 2 employees smoking outside who turned and looked away. The door dings so I assumed they knew... I entered their shop where one other employee was on lunch. She saw me walk to the counter and hid her face. No one was in thereand I stood and walked around before deciding you didn't deserve my business. Apparently no one goes there anyway. Read more
