This Subway staff is very rude and horrible. I thought it was convenient after shopping at Walmart to quickly grab a sandwich.... If you wish to spoil your mood...then only go there. The staff is very rude and they charge so much however hardly put anyingredients in the sandwich...she had only put literally 2 black olives in my sandwich and I told her to put some more and sherefused...very outrageous customer service. I order on line for the 5 of us. The two employees were giggling in back. They asked for the name. I gave it to them. I gave... them the confirmation number. They asked me to "describe" the food order. The money was deducted from my account but I got nofood. The two employees were no help. They thought it was funny. Read more
Everyone here is very polite & friendly. The store is always clean. Great food, great service!
Very friendly staff, I went there around 9:50pm and they close at 10pm but still got my sandwich without being rushed.
The young Indian girl who works here is VERY rude!! I have been skipped twice while stopping in for a lunch. The first time was... a few months ago where I had several sandwiches , she refused to make them as her coworker would make them instead to " AvoidMiscommunications." I did not say anything then as I did not want to create a scene. However, today I was in the back of theline, no one behind me, and once I got to place my order I was told to "step aside because the lady behind me wanted to get afew sandwiches for her kids". I told her that I was here first, but it fell upon deaf ears, the only response I received was"She has already been in line." Even the lady behind me looked shocked about this. I will not return, and I am planning onspeaking to the manager, but nothing will probably be done as she is related to management. My advice to the franchise owner isto reevaluate their staff, and not let management hire family as it becomes hard to discipline someone who is related. Out if sweet tea, tables are filthy, sandwiches were tossed together using a knife not cleaned from last order. There is no one... in here and the workers are busy playing games on their phones when the shop looks like this. Very disappointed. Read more
If i could give less than 1 star I would, went in at 9:40 and was turned away because they were "closed"? Yet the hours posted... reflect open until 10pm. And when we asked the employee when they closed, she said they leave at 10 and close before. Bothemployees were sitting and using their phones when we went inside. Were very rude about it and very unprofessional. Do notrecommend this location. Read more
Placed doordash orders several times, they prepare on time as promised. Store is well maintained and clean.
