I usually go to a different Starbucks but it was out of my route today so I decided to stop here. Big mistake! Literally... everyday I order the SAME thing. Trenta Pink Drink, No Ice. I?ve NEVER had an issue. At this location, I was informed that thebaristas are not allowed to fill the cup all the way if you request No ice. So you are telling me that I pay $6 a drink and youcan?t even fill the cup up because I didn?t want ice?? Won?t stop here again. Read more
I should know better than to expect a good 5 dollar coffee from a Harris Teeter based Starbucks but I?ve been proven wrong... before. Definitely an inconvenience for them when I asked for the drink to be remade and it was still wrong the second time. If you have a desire for decent coffee do not go here, you will disappointed. This is my least favorite Starbucks to go to. Today just topped it off. A waited a few minutes before anyone greeted me. Then... the barista Kaitlyn came to the counter no greet or smile. She looked as if she had an attitude I was there. Very dry andunpleasant. I politely ask for my drink with light ice and she purposely put extra ice because I?ve been there before and knowthat?s not the scooper they use for light ice. I should?ve just gave it back to her. I visited Starbucks recently and one of the baristas, Jocelyn, was extremely friendly. She gave me a great smile and an amazing... service. One of her co-workers had a question about one of her tasks and she made a great effort to help. It was a great exampleof professionalism that I wish everyone would display in public workplaces. I typically don't have the best experience whenever I visit this Starbucks. Mike is very unfriendly and slow. He never mixes my... drinks. I asked for an iced tea today and he literally added water to it since I asked for lite ice. Visiting Starbucks is atreat for me, but whenever I set Mike behind the counter, I hesitate to place an order. You should get what you pay for atpremium prices! Read more

I generally go there once to twice a week. Sometimes the line is 1 minute long sometimes a line is 20 minutes long and the... service can be slow although the quality of the drinks are good. Although today when I went in there were two employees sweepingthe floor behind the counter while coffee and food were being made and one was not wearing gloves and scratching her hair andthe other one was wearing gloves and someone was talking about mouse traps so I wasn't super comfortable.
