Great staff! Especially Jasper ! Literally the best always makes my drink with love and tons of caramel drizzle !!!
Ex Employee here. The refreshers are made with non purified water from the dish washing sink. The ovens are never cleaned. The... pastries are sometimes redated past expiration date. Enjoy. Read more
Took over 20mins to make one drink, yet they have more than enough staff just standing around.
The manager at this location is perfect. I went there a while ago and I saw how rudely a costumer was talking to her because... they had waiting a "long" time for their drinks. She handle everything perfectly and she really needs a raise for just dealingwith costumers like that in a daily basis. She is awesome and also recommended a very tasty drink for me since the pink drinkthat I always buy was out of stock. She is amazing!! Read more
It took them over 15 min. to make a mocha. There are 4 people behind the counter the gentleman making drinks is working like... crazy and a young lady taking orders the other two just looking busy. Ow and yelling at customer to please move so you can takemore drinks, was priceless, now the drinks take 30 min to make. Read more
