Just went to this location and ordered an iced vanilla latte. when i ordered the same thing yesterday there was caramel in it so... today when i saw the caramel i pointed it out. the girl at the drive through said that it?s not caramel and that whoever made itsaid they didn?t put caramel, even though it was dripping down the sides. so i tried it and of course it was caramel, yet theyrefused to make my drink even though it was wrong 2 days in a row. extremely rude as well Read more
These people were so so sweet. I accidentally placed my order at the mall location and they happily made it there when I asked... about my drink. They even gave me a reusable holiday cup and were overall attentive and kind. All were wearing smiles and thevibes were all warm and friendly. I?ll be back for sure?? Read more

I stop at this location at least once a week and I always experience great service whether I go inside or use the drive-thru. On... the mornings I use the drive-thru, Titus is usually working and is always so cheerful and nice! He has a great attitude and goesabove and beyond to make sure I have everything I need before I pull off. Very solid customer service. While I was waiting for my drink, someone who had been in the drive through came in to complain... about their drink. The person making my drink stopped to help this person who was pretty rude to the barista. The barista was socalm and kind, as they asked the other customer to just throw that drink away, and that they?d make them another one. They askedspecifics concerning how the person would like it as well. I didn?t get the barista?s name, otherwise I?d add it to give themcredit! Read more
As I walked in, the Staff immediately Greeted me. I was served quickly, as it was crowded. I sat on my laptop to tidy up on... loose end work. As I sat for about 2 hrs. I noticed how the Entire Staff worked so hard. One young lady cleaned without beingtold. The staff were filling orders so fast with a smile & Greeting Customers as they entered. This is the most WelcomingStarbucks I?ve been in, as I patronize many. Being a Business Owner myself, I would hire each Employee to work for me. That Paradise Passion Refresher summer drink is NASTY!!! I've given it three tries @ three different locations across the... country & all three in different sizes were GROSS & tasted nothing like a Pina Colada in a cup.
