Just went to this location and ordered an iced vanilla latte. when i ordered the same thing yesterday there was caramel in it so... today when i saw the caramel i pointed it out. the girl at the drive through said that it?s not caramel and that whoever made itsaid they didn?t put caramel, even though it was dripping down the sides. so i tried it and of course it was caramel, yet theyrefused to make my drink even though it was wrong 2 days in a row. extremely rude as well Read more
These people were so so sweet. I accidentally placed my order at the mall location and they happily made it there when I asked... about my drink. I stop at this location at least once a week and I always experience great service whether I go inside or use the drive-thru. On... the mornings I use the drive-thru, Titus is usually working and is always so cheerful and nice! He has a great attitude and goesabove and beyond to make sure I have everything I need before I pull off.
