They took my order for a mango slush for $2.45 at 1:51 am then turned lights off. I waited for about 20 minutes thinking they... where going in order. but When I approached the door and asked where was my order was they said they never received it. Ok socan I order another one. I don't know why it's so hard to make a simple drink order, but this place always messes it up. Three times I've ordered a rt.... 44 sweet tea, easy ice, add peach. Twice I've gotten no ice and another was filled to the brim with ice. All 3 times, the peachflavor wasn't added. Read more
The slowest service at any Sonic I have ever been to. Love Sonic and this one is so convenient to me. Consistently long waits... even though there aren?t a lot of customers. Whoever the owner is needs to hire more staff. You have lost a loyal customer whowould otherwise visit this location regularly. Read more
I waited over 45 min for a hotdog and Ice cream cone. When I received my order the picture was what I received. The ice cream... was already melted and the hot dog was cold and not even made correctly and both products did not look appetizing at all. Mr.Jaylen was very helpful and fixed my order. I truly felt sorry for him. He looked to be the only one working. While other socalled managers were just hanging out and eating with their friends. I suggested that he find other employment elsewhere as thisestablishment and team members/supervisors were not aligned with his capabilities or potential. I WILL NOT be revisiting thisSonic. So, normally Sonic gets 5stars from me. Today was different. I ordered tots with my meal but got fries. The only saving point... today was the fries were crispy, hot, and salted. Normally they are like most restaurants fries as being unseasoned, oily, limpand lukewarm. The main reason for the downgraded 4-star rating was the ocean water. I love their ocean water. Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru and didnt get my order taken at the speaker drove around and seen working (kids) inside... laughing talking , then the boy looked at me and turned around and begin to talk to others and laugh inside , then came to thewindow checked his phone then asked me what i ordered , i asked for the manager and it was another kid and he laughed at what iwas saying then said can i take your order. This location need other workers . I have nothing bad to say about Sonic. I went their for lunch and slushie. And a milkshake with Reese's. Great.
Never in my life would i have thought I would experience what I experienced at this sonic. I would not have described sonic as a... highly reputable place anyway, but tonight's interaction proves it is not worthy of ever returning. I was in the drive through,and the cashier at the window was extremely unprofessional, immature, and nasty. I was trying to receive my food, and he keptplaying with it, putting it in my hand and taking it back and playing and laughing. I sat there in my car completely shocked,unable to speak at what was being done. I could hear the employees in the building beside him laughing as well. I saw nomanager, no voice of reason telling him to stop, no grown up or professional looking after to make sure the customers were wellserved. Once we got the food, it tasted like it had been sitting out all day, and was inedible. I truly hope no customer has toexperience what I did, because it was extremely humiliating.
