So disappointed! I'm no crazed, chicken sandwich comparer but this was not even remotely good. I have to think that if your fav... is Popeyes, it's because you like greasy mayo. I got my chicken sandwich plain and it was awful. I'll choose any other chickensandwich over this one. And the cherry on top of the bad food was the customer service that was BAD, rude. Been here many times, better than most regular popeyes around Charlotte Concord Area. Food alway hot and fresh. They usually... have most food items in stock. Ordered butterfly shrimp combo came with 8 shrimp,one side,biscuit,drink for 7.79. Also ordered3pc wildberry beignet for 2.69. Shrimp was crunchy breading and juicy meat. Redbean and rice was on fire. Biscuit was straightbutter. Yum. Beignet was Bussin. Not too sweet just right perfect entire meal put smile on my face. Went back ordered 12pcbeignet take home. Leave bad Popeyes reviews It was 7:50pm me my sister my and my cousin were hungry for a Popeyes chicken sandwich however the... nearest Popeyes was 30 minutes away. We were eager to taste the sandwich of dreams, the sandwich that people swear by. Oh howdisappointed we would be. As we drove it was silent(apart form the quiet r&b playing on the radio) as we passed by a smoke towerperhaps a sign of things to come. I remember thinking "why do we do this to the earth". I later realized that we were followinga black car down a dark road. bright lights glared in my eyes as they drove past us. It wasn't the only thing that hurt thatnight. As we reentered civilization I was able to make out there faces. They were an old married couple, I had hoped that theytoo were headed to Popeyes for there world renowned chicken sandwich but we passed them. This was the last time I saw them. Mycousin accidentally drove past the entrance to the Popeyes and decided to go to the next parking lot to text on his phone. I satthere with my mouth salivating thinking of the sandwich. My cousin finished texting then drove us to the Popeyes my eyes lit upthinking "wow I finally get to try this sandwich". I order a classic chicken sandwich, as did my cousin but my sister got thespicy chicken sandwich, that's just how she is. As my cousin repeated our orders into the microphone he was cut short by afemale voice saying they were out of fillets. My heart dropped. My cousin drove away. I was choking down tears as we drove sofar for a sandwich that turned out to not have been there. We decided to find another chicken place but churches and chic fil awere closed we swallowed our pride and went to Bojangles tears filled my eyes by this point as I checked down the Bojangleschicken sandwich. I WILL NEVER FORGIVE POPEYES. I write this with the hopes that you fatten your supply. I pray our relationshiplasts as strong as that old married couples. But for now we are at odds. So long Popeyes. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches. Both were splattered with spicy mayonnaise masking the taste of the (chicken tender)... that was on the saturated buttered bun???? nobody had on a hairnet with all the weave flying around in there! The wait felt likethe chicken was being raised slathered and served. I recommend skipping this Popeyes no matter your hunger pains. Read more

The store manager Marc Donovan completely treated me with disregard and did not take my order after being DENIED my food I... clearly paid for after showing receipts and calling the customer service line. His reasoning for not giving me the food Iordered and paid for was that people come up with screenshots of orders trying to get food so they don't work on online ordersuntil they see them. It is NOT THE CUSTOMER FAULT that Popeyes systems aren't together and there was a delay in my online orderbeing seen when I ordered 30 minutes prior. After being on recorded phone call with customer service, which I requested theypull, I was still denied service when trying to order with my card (a duplicate order) ...the customer that showed proof ofpaying for food, having a receipt, and money being taken out of my account. No one understood my frustration in that store butthe customer service on the call and the sweet other employee trying to appease me outside of Donovan. You don't just deny yourcustomers their ordered food with receipt. I was punished for popeyes errors. I spent almost 30 minutes there just to not get myfood. I typically wouldn't even other to write reviews but the service here was HORRIBLE. I reported the store manager andhopefully I get a refund for Popeyes internal issues. Had I know this was going to happen, I would not have placed an order onmy break. I?ve never has an experience like this one! First I waited in line 20 minutes only for the car in front of me to finally tell me... that they wouldn?t be taking any orders for at least 30 minutes and then he drove off! I went inside to find totaldisorganization. The restaurant was dirty behind the counter meaning things were out of place and trash was on the floor. Theywere many items unavailable from the menu which I guess is why they were telling people in drive-through that they couldn?t taketheir order. They did take my order inside however but the food was cooked and tasted terribly! The biscuits were hard andovercooked, the nuggets were over cooked and hard and tasted as though they had been there quite a while. My crispy chicken wasgood. The apple pies we?re not hot and there was a very small amount of coleslaw , Maybe one scoop, in the container which costalmost 3 dollars! It was a very poor experience. Read more

The lines are ridiculous. They are not organized and ready for the lunch rush and were out of spicy chicken. Had to wait 16... minutes for the food. Placed the order at 12:25 and did not get it until 12:41. Not fast. Missing a cole slaw side and thechicken I received was a partial leg. My daughter ordered 5 piece tenders and only received 4.
