They never get the order right. Breakfast orders through Uber Eats no coffee came that I had included in the order. Salad and... side items are constantly missed or inaccurate. The order preparation accuracy is extremely poor.the personnel preparing theorders have a very poor attitude and not at all friendly. The cleanliness of this restaurant leaves much to be desired. Thetrash bins are always full and never emptied in a timely fashion. The tables and seats have food particles and waste and notcleaned well. I stopped by here 30 mins before closing to get a coffee bc I was traveling through and needed something to keep me awake, and... the employee looked frustrated and distraught. When I asked for coffee she asked another employee in the lobby (with a sourattitude) if they still have coffee. The other lady said, "No, I just poured it out." They shouldn't waste products untilclosing time. They lost my service, esp after the unprofessional attitude. Read more
It looks like it needs new management. No paper towels in men's room, the paper towel dispenser in the ladies was broken. Killed... a roach walking to our table (it was near the door so it could have wandered in but when brought to the staff's attention, theymade no effort to clean it up). The dining room looks like it needs more attention to cleaning and maitainance. Read more
Visit was OK. Prices have increased, and portions have shrunk. I got the new "Chef's" chicken sandwich. It was $11 for a... sandwich the size of a McChicken and an apple. NOT worth it. $11 gets you a much larger, easily as tasty chicken sandwich atChick fil a, or even Bojangles. To be fair, service was decently fast, staff kind, and place was clean. Read more

When driving to the Panera Bread location first thing you'll notice is the parking lot is usually pretty packed, so parking can... be a hassle at times but the flow is smooth. When walking into the location its clean and open space with tons of large windowand tables to sit down and eat. Having an outside patio to eat your food outdoors also. They have an open space for cooking thefood and bringing it to you. The drinks are great the green tea is what I got. And the food is hot and good. I got the "SteakWhite Cheddar Panini" and it was good. Overall the location is great. Would give 5 stars if they offered military discount ormore smiles from the employees. Read more
Had a lovely dinner and was one of the cleanest locations I?ve eaten at. Fresh meal and pleasant staff!
