My exceptional customer service experience started the moment I called O? Charley?s to place my order. The gentleman who took my... order was extremely kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He knew the menu from top to bottom and made wonderful suggestions.Moreover he was extremely personable and hilarious. When I arrived to pick up my order the young man that assisted me had thesame energy in-person. I don?t remember his name however he works in the To-Go area. He was a young tall & slim, Caucasian malewith pretty blonde/brownish shoulder length hair. He was awesome so I hope you all are able to let him know what an amazing jobhe did. On to the good stuff? I/we ordered the Louisiana Sirloin with campfire potatoes and grilled asparagus? Fried pickles?The honey glazed chicken with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli? Stuffed crab with fried shrimp app? The New Orleans CajunShrimp Pasta? Loaded smashed potatoes and the double peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream? Everything was delicious? Especiallythe Louisiana Sirloin? 6-30-22 UPDATE: I updated my review to 4 stars based on receiving contact not just from the restaurant manager (Karen W.), the... response here, but also a response sent from corporate through the restaurant. I feel like after speaking with the manager (whocalled me, listened, and was very sincere in trying to make amends for what happened), that O'Charley's does seem to actuallycare about its customers, which goes A LONG, LONG WAY, considering so many other places do not. So, the response I ended upreceiving will ensure that my family and I definitely give them another chance. First of all, one of my entire steak dinnerorders was missing when my daughter got home with all of our food. Second of all, my steak was supposed to be cooked medium andas you can see from the pic, it was almost well done! It was so dry and disgusting. I will not be ordering from Ocharleys againas this was not the first time this has happened and the restaurant does nothing in terms of customer service. I?ve ?leftfeedback? after every order and have never gotten a response from the restaurant or anyone at corporate, so here it is foreveryone else to see. If you are in Concord you need to stop here. We were part of a large party and they didn?t turn us away. The staff was... fantastic, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the rolls werehot and the restaurant was clean. If you stop by ask for Jya and Niya. They are the best!! Ms. Karen, the manger, is also veryfriendly, accommodating and professional. Can?t say enough positive things about this restaurant and staff. I ordered the Mahi with asparagus and smashed potatoes. This is the worst fish I have ever tasted in my life. It smells bad and... when I tried to eat it I ened up gagging and spitting it out. The asparagus was mush. The only reason I don't give a 1 star isbecause my son liked his steak and broccoli. Read more
